NORTHERN IRELAND DEPARTMENTS
This Order transfers –certain functions of the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure relating to inland fisheries to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development;functions of the Department for Regional Development under Article 4 of the Energy Efficiency (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 to the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment.
(This note is not part of the Order.)
