Subject to paragraph (2), the Plant Health (Phytophthora ramorum) Order (Northern Ireland) 20025 (“the first Order”) is revoked.

Article 3 of the first Order shall continue to apply in respect of susceptible material (as defined in Article 2 of the first Order) which was despatched from the USA before 16th April 2003 and which entered Northern Ireland on or after 16th April 2003.
