The Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003

The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety1 in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7, 10 and 31 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 19712 as adapted by section 38 of that Act and now vested in it3 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf and after consultation with the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs in accordance with section 31(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:
