Amendment of the Misuse of Drugs Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20023

The Misuse of Drugs Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20025 shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).

In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 there shall be inserted –
a
after “Dihydrocodeinone O-carboxymethyloxime”, “Dihydroetorphine”; and
b
after “Racemorphan”, “Remifentanil”.

In paragraph 1, of Part I of Schedule 4 there shall be inserted –
a
after “Haloxazolam”, “4-Hydroxy-n-butyric acid”; and
b
after “N-Ethylamphetamine”, “Zolpidem”.

In paragraph 1, of Part II of Schedule 4 there shall be inserted –
a
before “Atamestane”, “4-Androstene-3, 17-dione” and “5-Androstene-3, 17 diol”; and
b
after “Nandrolene”, “19-Nor-4-Androstene-3, 17 dione” and “19-Nor-5-Androstene-3, 17 diol”.
