The Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (2003 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003

Appointed day N.I.

2.  1st September 2003 is the appointed day for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 –

(a) Article 3 and Schedule 1 (the [F1 Health and Social Care Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority] );

(b) Article 6 (Regulations and directions);

(c) Article 38 (1), (2) and (3) (Statements of minimum standards);

(d) Article 48 (Regulations, orders and directions) and

(e) Article 50 (1) and Schedule 4 in so far as they relate to amendments to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972(1) and the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975(2).
