2.—(1) The Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 shall be modified as follows –
(a)in Article 78(2)(d) delete the word “or” at the end of the sub-paragraph;
(b)in Article 78(2)(e) insert the word “or” at the end of the sub-paragraph; and
(c)in Article 78(2) after sub-paragraph (e) insert the following sub-paragraph –
“(f)a district policing partnership,”.
(2) In Article 78(7) after sub-paragraph (f) there shall be inserted the following paragraph –
“(7A) In sub-paragraph (2)(f) “a district policing partnership” means a body appointed under Section 14, Schedule 3 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000(1).”.
