These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Back to Work Bonus and Lone Parent Run-on Amendment and Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 and shall come into operation on 25th October 2004 with the exception of regulation 5 which shall come into operation on 29th January 2005 and regulation 7 which shall come into operation on 28th January 2006.

In these Regulations –

• “the Back to Work Bonus Regulations” means the Social Security (Back to Work Bonus) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19967;

• “the Housing Benefit Regulations” means the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19878.

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 19549 shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
