Amendments to regulation 6 (inspection of vehicle and grant of licence)
2.—(1) Regulation 6 of the principal Regulations shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) After paragraph (2)(f) the word “or” shall be deleted.
(3) After paragraph (2)(g) there shall be inserted–
“; or
(h)in the case of a vehicle to which the Public Service Vehicles Accessibility Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) apply wheelchair restraining devices are not installed in the vehicle at the time it is submitted for examination.”.
