Measures where the disease is confirmed on a holding7.
(1)
Where the Department has confirmed that the disease is present on a holding, a veterinary inspector shall serve a notice on the occupier of that holding requiring him to ensure that the relevant prohibitions and requirements contained in Article 5 are complied with.
(2)
On and after such confirmation a veterinary inspector may serve a further notice on the occupier of the holding in question requiring him to ensure that the relevant prohibitions and requirements contained in Article 6 are complied with.
