2. In Schedule 2 to the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) for the entry “Article 46(1) to (3)” there shall be substituted the entry “Article 46(1) and (3)”.
