Coming into operation
The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 47(1) and (2) of the Births and Deaths Registration (Northern Ireland) Order 19761, Articles 3(3)(b), 19(1)(a), 35(3), 36(1)(b) and (3) and 37 of the Marriage (Northern Ireland) Order 20032 and Article 15 of the Financial Provisions (Northern Ireland) Order 19763 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2004.
Fees payable2
The fee payable under a statutory provision specified in column 1 of the Schedule in respect of the matter specified in relation to it in column 2 shall be the fee specified in relation to it in column 3.
Revocation3
The Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees) (No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 20024 is hereby revoked.
