Coming into operation
The Department of Finance and Personnel1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 2(2)2, 7(1) and 27(4) of the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 19773 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, and having taken into consideration estimates of the amounts required to be raised by means of district rates as required by Article 7(4)4 of that Order, hereby makes the following Order:
