ROAD TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES

These Regulations amend the Public Service Vehicles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985 by increasing some of the fees payable –For an initial application for a vehicle licence (regulation 5(3)) the following fees have increased –Buses –Class I, II and III, from £60·50 to £63·50;Class IA, from £72·00 to £75·00;Class IIA, from £83·50 to £86·50; andClass IIIA, from £94·00 to £97·50;Taxi, from £38·50 to £61·50.For a re-application for a vehicle licence (regulation 9(2)) the following fees have increased –Buses –Class I, II and III from £60·50 to £63·50;Class IA, from £72·00 to £75·00;Class IIA, from £83·50 to £86·50; andClass IIIA, from £94·00 to £97·50;Taxi, from £38·50 to £61·50.For a re-application for a vehicle licence made within 21 days from the date of the service of the notice of refusal (regulation 9(3)) the following fee has increased –Taxi, an increase from £16·50 to £18·50.All other fees remain unchanged.
