SubstanceConditions of use
For amino acids, as far as applicable, also the sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium salts as well as their hydrochlorides may be used.

N-acetyl-L-cysteine
N-acetyl-L-methionineShall not be used except in foods intended for persons over 1 year of age.
