Citation and commencement
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations shall come into operation on 9th April 2004.
(3) Regulations 5, 8(2), 11(a) and 12(2) shall come into operation on 1st July 2004.
