Only for the purpose of enabling a Health and Social Services Board to make and enter into a general medical services contract under Articles 57 and 57A of the 1972 Order, giving directions under 57C and making regulations under Articles 57B(4), 57E and 57F of that Order to come into operation on 1st April 2004

Article 8

Only for the purpose of making regulations under Article 57G of the 1972 Order to come into operation on 1st April 2004
