PART 2 AMENDMENT OF HOUSING BENEFIT REGULATIONS

Amendment of regulation 76 of the Housing Benefit Regulations

16.  In regulation 76 of the Housing Benefit Regulations (who is to make a decision) –

(a) paragraph (2)(d) shall be omitted;

(b) in paragraph (4)(a)(1) for “62A(1B)” there shall be substituted “62A(2)”;

(c) subject to sub-paragraph (d), in paragraph (5)(2) for “62A(1A)(b)” there shall be substituted “paragraph 3A of Schedule 5A”, and

(d) in paragraph (4) “and subject to paragraph (5)” and paragraph (5) shall be omitted with effect from 25th October 2004.
