Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Houses In Multiple Occupation (Registration Scheme Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2004.
(2) In this Order “a house” means a house in multiple occupation as defined in Article 75(1)(1) of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992.
