HOUSING
This Order specifies in accordance with Article 75C(5) of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 the maximum fee that may be charged by the Housing Executive for registration of a house in multiple occupation. It exempts Universities, Hospitals, Registered Charities, the Executive and Registered Housing Associations, from payment of a registration fee on first registration or on any renewal of registration.

The Department for Social Development1, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 75C(5) of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 19922, and now exercisable by it3, and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
