The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 26 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 1998(1) and sections 37 and 41 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000(2), and after consulting the Northern Ireland Policing Board and the Police Association for Northern Ireland, hereby makes the following Regulations:
