Citation and commencement1.
These Regulations may be cited as the Seed Potatoes (Tuber and Label Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2004.

These Regulations revoke and replace the Seed Potatoes (Tuber and Label Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003.
The Regulations increase the fee payable for the inspection of seed potatoes from £3·55 per tonne or part of a tonne to £3·75 per tonne or part of a tonne.
The fee payable for the provision of official labels, whether or not the details have been printed thereon by the Department, has increased from £0·46 per 20 labels to £0·48 per 20 labels.
