The Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 5 of the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 19761 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, and with the approval of the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety2 hereby makes the following Regulations:
