Milk Marketing Board (Dissolution) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004

Whereas the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development –

1. a

   is satisfied that the Milk Marketing Board for Northern Ireland (“the Board”) has carried out all the functions, as set out in regulation 4(1) of the Milk Marketing Board (Residuary Functions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19951 that remained to it;

2. b

   has been given notice by the Board that it has wound up its affairs; and

3. c

   has consulted the Board;

now therefore, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in accordance with the requirements of Article 17(5) of the Agriculture (Northern Ireland) Order 19932, hereby makes the following Order:
