The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act (Northern Ireland) 20021 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
