Amendment to regulation 3 (interpretation)
2. In paragraph (1) of regulation 3 of the principal Regulations, after the definition of “taxi” there shall be inserted –
““taxi bus” means a taxi licensed for private hire which operates a service under a road service licence granted under Part II of the Transport Act (Northern Ireland) 1967;”.
