Penalties for breach of Article 11 (use of SE in name)

82.  Where –

(a) an SE fails to comply with Article 11(1); or

(b) any person fails to comply with Article 11(2)

the SE or that person is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
