The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(3) of the Licensing (Indoor Arenas) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004(1) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Indoor Arenas) (2004 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004.
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of Articles 3 to 8 of the Licensing (Indoor Arenas) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 is 6th January 2005.
