Council Directive 94/65/EC laying down the requirements for the production and placing on the market of minced meat and meat preparations (O.J. No. L368, 31.12.94, p. 10) as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No. 806/2003 (O.J. No. L122, 16.5.2003, p. 1) and read with Council Directive 2002/99/EC (see Part ID).
