Amendment to the Industrial Pollution Control (Prescribed Processes and Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998

2.—(1) The Industrial Pollution Control (Prescribed Processes and Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998(1) shall be amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (a) of Part C of Section 1.4 of Chapter 1 of Schedule 1 (Petroleum Processes), for the figure “100m³” substitute the figure “500m³”.
