The Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20033 shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph (b) of Part C of Section 1.2 of Part 1 of Chapter 1 of Schedule 1 (Gasification, Liquefaction and Refining Activities), for the figure “100m³” substitute the figure “500m³”.
