Definitions

2.  In these Regulations –

“the 2002 Regulations” means the Air Quality Limit Values Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002(1);

“the 2003 Regulations” means the Air Quality (Ozone) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(2).
