The Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister, being a department designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972(1) in relation to discrimination(2), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by that section and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
