Specified tenancy

2.  For the purposes of Article 29A(2)(c) of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1988 (scheme for emergency grants), an introductory tenancy within the meaning of Article 6 of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 2003(1) is a description of tenancy to which Article 29A applies.
