Transfer of staff
8. Any officer of the Northern Ireland Council for Postgraduate Medical and Dental Education who immediately before the date upon which this order comes into operation is employed by that body shall be transferred to the Agency on the date of the coming into operation of this order and the contract of employment between each such officer and the Northern Ireland Council for Postgraduate Medical and Dental Education shall be modified so as to substitute the Agency as the employer.
