Seed Potatoes (Levy) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 3(1), (4) and (6) of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 19842, and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, after consultation with such organisations, bodies and persons as appear to it to be representative of persons engaged by way of business in the production or marketing of seed potatoes, hereby makes the following Order:
