Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 10th May 2004.

In this Order “the principal Order” means the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 19763.
