Citation, commencement and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Protection Fund (Reviewable Ill Health Pensions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and shall come into operation on 6th April 2005.

In these Regulations –

a

“the Order” means the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005; and

b

any reference to a numbered Article is a reference to the Article of the Order bearing that number.
