53. In relation to any claim in respect of an application under Article 5C of the Employment (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(1) for the variation or revocation of a prohibition order, the Department shall be treated as the respondent in such proceedings for the purposes of these Rules. In relation to such an application the claim does not need to include the name and address of the persons against whom the claim is being made.
