Amendment of regulation 14 of the Primary Medical Services Performers Lists Regulations12
In regulation 14 (Disclosure of information) of the Primary Medical Services Performers Lists Regulations –
a
in sub-paragraph 3(c), first line, in the second place where it occurs, omit the word “that”; and
b
in sub-paragraph 8(i), first line, in the second place where it occurs, for “that” substitute “the”.
