This Order brings into operation the following Articles of the Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1998, Part VII, Financing of Schools:
Articles 55 to 57 provide for the suspension, review, and appeal procedures relating to the withdrawal of financial delegation;
Article 58 which makes provisions relating to the staff of controlled and maintained schools with delegated budgets;
Articles 59 and 60 provides for the financing by boards of special schools, and Article 67 provides for the preparation of financial statements for special schools managed by the board;
Article 68 provides for building and equipment grants for voluntary schools; and
Articles 70 to 72 provide for miscellaneous financial provisions relating to schools.
