The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 5(1) and (2) of the Artificial Reproduction of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 19752, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
