The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development1 in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22, 3(1)3, 3B(1)4 and 4(1)5 of the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 19676 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
