Grants for dependants — general16

The grant for dependants consists of the following elements—
a
adult dependants' grant;
b
childcare grant;
c
parents' learning allowance.

The qualifying conditions for each element and the amounts payable are set out in regulations 17 to 20.

A deduction may be made from any element of the grant for dependants in accordance with regulation 30.
