The Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 7, 10, 22 and 31 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 19711, as adapted by section 38 of that Act and now vested in it2 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf and after consultation with the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs in accordance with section 31(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:
