Application of section 69 of the Social Security Administration Act
9. Section 69 of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(1) (overpayments – general) and regulations made under it shall apply in respect of any payment made under these Regulations as they apply to the benefits specified in subsection (11) of that section.
