SCHEDULE 2 N.I. STATEMENT OF SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS — REGULATION 15

PART 4 N.I. special educational provision: placement

[Here specify—

(a) the type of school which the board considers appropriate for the child and the name of the school for which the parent has expressed a preference or, where the board is required to specify the name of a school, the name of the school which it considers appropriate for the child and should be specified; or

(b) the provision for his education otherwise than at a school which the board considers appropriate.
