Commencement

2.  The following provisions of Schedule 7 to the Employment Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 shall come into operation on 24th September 2005 –

(a) paragraphs 3 and 6; and

(b) paragraph 4 to the extent that it inserts Article 9B into the Employment (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(1).
