Amendment of the Goods Vehicles (Testing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003

2.  In the Goods Vehicles (Testing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) for Schedule 1 there shall be substituted –

Regulations 10(2), 13(3) and (4) and 17(4)

“SCHEDULE 1 FEES

PART 1 fee payable on application under regulations 10(2), 13(3) or 17(4)

(i) 2 axle rigid vehicle	£37·50
(ii) 3 axle rigid vehicle	£48·50
(iii) 4 axle rigid vehicle	£60·00
(iv) articulated vehicle having a 2 axle drawing vehicle	£42·00
(v) articulated vehicle having a 3 axle drawing vehicle	£55·00
Trailer –
(i) 1 axle trailer	£35·00
(ii) 2 axle trailer	£36·00
(iii) 3 axle trailer	£37·00

PART 2 fee payable on application under regulation 13(4)
