SCHEDULE 1 N.I. Amendments of the Pension Schemes Act relating to contracted-out occupational and appropriate personal pension schemes, extending those provisions to surviving civil partners

11.  In section 24A(1), (2) and (5)(b)(ii)(1) (requirements for interim arrangements) for “widow or widower” there shall be substituted “widow, widower or surviving civil partner”. N.I.
