Amendment of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Modification of Schemes) Regulations

36.  In regulation 6(1)(da) of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Modification of Schemes) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1) (restriction on powers to modify schemes: exception) for “widow or widower” there shall be substituted “widow, widower or surviving civil partner”.
